Sandra Jean McCauliffe, 79, of Texarkana passed away on April 15, 2026. She was born February 28, 1947, to Edwin and June Hart in Elmira, New York.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Edward Partick McCauliffe, daughter Traci Lee, two sons Anthony William and Edward Patrick.

Survivors include her daughter Lisa Ann Williams and husband Charlie of North Carolina; two brothers John Hart and wife Kay of Abileene, Texas, Wayne Hart and wife JoAnne of Elmira, New York; three sisters Elaine Hostrander and husband Leslie of Elmira, New York, Ann Tollitson and husband Tim of Texarkana, Arkansas, Donna Kennedy of Elmira, New York; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives.

Visitation will be held from 5-7 PM, Thursday, April 16, 2026 at Chapelwood Funeral Home Chapel- Nash, Texas.

Services will be 2:00 PM, Friday, April 17, 2026 at Chapelwood Funeral Home Chapel.
