Patricia Ann Cleveland, age 77, of Fouke, Arkansas, passed away peacefully at her residence on Saturday, June 6, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.

Patricia was born on July 24, 1948, in California to Charles and Frances Lynn. She was a graduate of Fouke High School and continued her education at East Texas State University, where she earned a Master of Education degree. Patricia dedicated her career to teaching and retired from the Genoa School District after 19 years of teaching fifth- and sixth-grade mathematics. She took great pride in her work as an educator and treasured the friendships she formed with fellow teachers throughout her career.

In her free time, Patricia enjoyed fishing, traveling with her family during summer breaks, crocheting, researching her family ancestry, and working puzzles. She was a devoted wife and mother, but her favorite role was being "Maw" to her grandchildren and great-grandchild. Patricia was deeply family-oriented and cherished every opportunity to spend time with those she loved.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Frances Lynn; her sister, Janie McCormick; her parents-in-law, L.T. and Clyo Cleveland; and her sister-in-law, Brenda Stevenson.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 60 years, Gerald Cleveland of Fouke, Arkansas; her daughter, Patsy Rushing  (Troy) of Fouke, Arkansas; her son, Michael Cleveland (Rob Weaver) of Winter Garden, Florida; her granddaughters, Amber Khan (Omar), and Lacey Westmoreland (Westly); her great-granddaughter, Whitley Westmoreland; her sister, Gloria Lynn Swift (Randy) of Fouke, Arkansas; her brothers-in-law, Mike McCormick of Fouke, Arkansas, and Dennis Cleveland (Diane); her sister-in-law, Glenda Autrey (Elton) of DeKalb, Texas; her beloved cat, George; and a host of nieces, nephews, former students, and friends.

The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to Ashley Robinson and Timellia King of Southern Caregivers, as well as Samantha Cox of Dierksen Hospice, for the compassionate and exceptional care provided to Mrs. Cleveland.

A funeral service celebrating Patricia's life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, in the chapel of Texarkana Funeral Home–Arkansas, with Bro. Frank McFerrin officiating.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

Burial will follow at Concord Cemetery.
