Owen Reed Talley, 94, of Queen City passed away on April 8, 2025 in a local hospital. He was born on September 8, 1930 to Thomas C. and Mary B. Graves Talley in Texarkana, Arkansas.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Owen was a Baptist and a member of the US Navy during the Korean War. He and Katherine will be celebrating 69 years of marriage on April 12, 2025.

Survivors include his wife of 68 years Katherine Talley of Queen City, Texas; two sons Mike Talley and wife Debra of Ashdown, Arkansas, Pat Talley and wife Cookie of Madison, Indiana; four grandchildren Megan Linker and husband Tommy of Alma, Arkansas, Amanda Phelps and husband Paden of Russellville, Arkansas, Jared Talley and Trevor Talley both of Kentucky; three great-grandsons Hudson, Owen, and Dean of Russellville, Arkansas.

Visitation will be held from 6-8 pm, Friday, April 11, 2025 at Texarkana Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be held at 2 PM, Saturday, April 12, 2025 at Texarkana Funeral Home Chapel with burial following at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
