Nina K. Collins

Nina K. Collins, 77, of Texarkana, Texas, passed away peacefully on August 2, 2026.

Nina was born on July 17, 1949, in New Albany, Indiana, to Robert and Virginia McGuinness. She dedicated her life to her family as a loving wife, devoted mother, and homemaker. Known for her energy, caring spirit, and unwavering love, Nina found her greatest joy in caring for those she loved.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her beloved husband, Don Collins; her children, Kim Thomas, Rusty Hickman, and Robby Hickman; ten grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Her love and legacy will continue to live on through each of them.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, August 10, 2026, at Chapelwood Funeral Home in Nash, Texas.

Nina will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
