Marty Dean Hagood, age 69, of Ashdown, Arkansas, passed away on December 17, 2025. He was born on February 29, 1956, in Saint Loius, Missouri to Lillian Kennington and Charles Hagood.

He spent his working days as a contractor. He is a veteran of the United States Marine Corp. In his free time, he enjoyed being outside doing yardwork, gardening or family cook outs.

Marty is preceded in death  by both of his parents; two brothers, Daniel Hagood and Dennis Hagood; and one sister, Lavern Hagood.

Left to cherish his memory include, his wife, Tracey Lansdell Hagood; one daughter, Kady Welch; two grandsons, Caden Hinton and Ryan Welch; one granddaughter, Emilee McDowell; one brother and sister-in-law, Carl and Diana Hagood; one nephew, David Hagood and numerous other nieces, nephews and friends.
