Lynda Enoch Corzine was born on June 3, 1940, in Lockesburg, Arkansas, at her grandparents' home. She passed away peacefully on May 24, 2026, in Gainesville, Texas.

At the age of 15, Lynda moved with her family to Ukiah, California, where her parents were educators. After graduating from high school, she married Herb Lauteren, and together they welcomed three children. Driven by a lifelong love of learning, Lynda attended the University of California, Davis, where she earned her master's degree and pursued a distinguished career as a Registered Nurse. She dedicated many years of service to the California State Hospital System, caring for others with skill, compassion, and professionalism.

Lynda was a remarkable woman whose curiosity, determination, and adventurous spirit defined her life. She was an accomplished pilot, an avid quilter, and a voracious reader who never stopped seeking knowledge. She embraced life fully and found great joy in traveling, especially with her beloved sister, Pat. Whether exploring new places, sharing stories, or simply enjoying one another's company, the sisters created memories that would last a lifetime.

Above all, Lynda cherished her family. She loved her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren deeply and took great pride in each of their accomplishments. Her face would light up with a beautiful smile whenever she shared stories about them, and she treasured every moment spent with those she loved.

On March 21, 1970, Lynda married Russell "Russ" Corzine. Together they built a life filled with love and companionship, living in Napa, California, before eventually moving to Arkansas. Russ was truly her soulmate, and they shared 33 wonderful years together. After his passing, Lynda moved to Texarkana, where she made her home until 2025.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Russell Corzine, and her parents, Alice and Aubrey Enoch.

Left to cherish her memory are her sister, Patricia Purcell; her brother, Aubrey Enoch Jr.; her daughter, Dianna Robinson and husband Jerry of Vacaville, California; her son, Mark Lauteren and wife Elva of Moses Lake, Washington; her son, David Lauteren and wife Carolyn of Gainesville, Texas; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren, along with many extended family members and friends who loved her dearly.

Lynda's life was a testament to perseverance, intelligence, kindness, and love. She leaves behind countless treasured memories and a legacy that will continue through the family she adored. Though she is no longer with us, the space she held in our hearts can never be filled, and her memory will be cherished forever. She was loved immensely and will be deeply missed.
