Some people only walk this earth for a short time. Their departure reminds us that angels are watching over us. Lori Dawn Lusby rejoined her heavenly family and gained her angel wings

Lori was born August 21st 1969 and passed away Sunday February 9th 2025. She was a member of the first baptist church of Wake village. Her greatest moments in life included spending time with her significant other, daughters and grandson. Lori was fierce and sassy, loving and patient. in her free time you could find her cooking in the kitchen for her family and friends. Or sitting and watching her favorite nascar drivers or WWE Wrestlers.

Lori was preceded in death by her parents Carol and Jerald Lusby among many other family members.

Lori is survived by her children Shianne (Timothy) Greenhill and Sarah George. Her one grandson Sage Greenhill. Her older sister Shannon (James) Smith. Her niece Logan Smith, her nephew Jared Smith. And her significant other Billy McCarty.

Lori wishes to spend eternity among the seas, so her ashes will be spread at Sandy Beach at a later date
