Kyle William Johnson, age 34, of Texarkana, Texas, passed from this earthly life on Friday, June 5, 2026.

Kyle was born on February 12, 1992, in Texarkana, Texas, and was a lifetime resident of Texas. He was a self-employed independent contractor who wore many hats throughout his career. He applied his skills across a variety of trades and occupations, earning the respect of those who worked with him. He was the kind of person everyone wanted in their corner, dependable, caring, and always willing to lend a helping hand or offer words of encouragement. Kyle was a devoted companion, daddy, son, grandson, and brother. He lived life with a spirit of adventure and never missed an opportunity for a new experience or challenge. He enjoyed riding his Harley-Davidson on the open road and found peace and happiness fishing in the nearby lakes and ponds. But his great joy and pride were his family.

He is survived by his companion, Emily Boyd of Texarkana, Texas; his father and mother, Lonnie and Evie Johnson of Texarkana, Texas; his two sons, Carter Johnson of Texarkana, Texas, and Keston Johnson of Texarkana, Texas;  Kyle was a father figure to Preslynn Bates, Traci Green, and Clint Green; he loved his sister, Crystal Johnson of Texarkana, Texas; his grandmother Maria Grana of Texarkana, Texas; his special friends and brothers, Chris Polomsky and Ricky Starnes, Jr. and a host of friends and other relatives.

Funeral Services will be at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, June 12, 2026, at Chapelwood Funeral Home, Chapel, with Bubba Green officiating. Burial will be in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends at the Chapelwood Funeral Home on Thursday, June 11th  from 6:00 to 8:00
