Keith Blair Hicks, 68, passed away at home after a brief illness on August 20, 2026. He was born on January 19, 1958 to A.J. and Ruby Hicks.

He is survived by sister Patricia Briske; two nephews Brian and Kevin Briske; and brother-in-law James Briske.

Keith was born and raised in Texarkana, Texas where he attended elementary and high school; where he participated in sports, especially baseball.

He retired after working various jobs in the school system. He was a care giver to both of his parents most of his adult life.

Keith was a member of the Baptist church and attended regularly. He always read his "One Year Bible" and prayed daily. He was always friendly and willing to help anyone in need of assistance or just conservation.

Graveside services will be at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
