Frank O'Dell Flarity, age 90, of Texarkana, TX, died May 15, 2026, in a Dallas, TX nursing home. He was born in Shreveport, LA on August 5, 1935, to his parents, Laotie and Jerry Flarity.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Ella M. Flarity; his son, Gary Flarity; brother, Jerry Flarity; sister, Jo Ann Walling; and his parents.

He is survived by daughter, Donna Flarity; grandchildren, Kody Flarity, Gavin Otteson, Lyndsey Flarity, and Garrett Otteson, numerous great grandchildren and other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, May 22, 2026 at Chapelwood Memorial Gardens.
