Donna Jayne Bryant, age 67, of Genoa, Arkansas, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, November 29, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

Jayne was born on December 10, 1957, in Texarkana, Arkansas, and was a lifelong resident of Genoa. She was the retired District Treasurer for the Genoa School District and a member of Legacy Baptist Church.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 49 years, Donald Bryant of Genoa, Arkansas; two daughters and sons-in-law, Jessica and David Riley of Genoa, Arkansas, and Amanda and Drew Rogers of Genoa, Arkansas; one brother and sister-in-law, Wayne and Damona Bryant of Genoa, Arkansas; one sister, Linda Moilanen of Genoa, Arkansas; two grandsons, Rhodes Rogers and Bryant Riley; and a special niece, Samantha Coleman and her husband, Matt, of Texarkana, Arkansas, whom she loved like a daughter; along with numerous other nieces and nephews, and a host of friends and extended family.

Jayne devoted her life to the people she loved. Her two daughters and grandsons were her world. She found her greatest joy in spending time with her family and cherishing the memories they created together. Her warmth, kindness, and love of life touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. She carried a contagious joy that brightened every room.

Jayne loved to travel and looked forward to her yearly trips with her "Charms." She also treasured time at the lake house, knowing that a rainy afternoon spent working a puzzle, a dinner surrounded by her people, or a triumphant round of trivia were the million little drops of love that filled her cup. She understood that the most ordinary days were soaked in eternal value.

She loved serving the Lord—whether from the church pews or through volunteering her time—and believed her joy spoke volumes about her abundant life in Jesus. She often said every sunrise whispered, "Mercy still wins! He is still King!" The love of God was her steady place.

The family would like to offer special thanks to everyone who has loved and supported them over the last few years as they navigated the challenges of dementia. Jayne's last three years were spent under the compassionate care of Dierksen Hospice. The family deeply appreciates the love and support provided by all the staff, especially her nurse, Samantha, and caregivers, Sonya and Stephanie.

Funeral Services will be 10:00 AM., Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at Texarkana Funeral Home, Arkansas, with Pastor Donnie Edwards officiating. Burial will be in Sylverino Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M.
