Curtis Eugene Waller, age 39, of Texarkana, Texas, passed away on Friday, April 3, 2026. He was born on September 16, 1986, in Texarkana, Texas to Tina Nipper and Mark Waller.

In his free time, he enjoyed spending time with his family especially his children, hunting for arrowheads and any other unique rock, drawing and playing guitar.  His family would describe him as a big ole teddy bear who was very tender-hearted, funny and lovable.

Curtis is preceded in death by his father, Mark Waller; his paternal grandparents, Delores and E.M. Waller; and his maternal grandparents, Norma Waller and James Simmons.

Those left to cherish his memory include his three children, Veronica Waller, Adrianna Waller and Mark Waller; his mother and stepfather, Tina and Tommy Nipper; brother, Brandon Simmons and wife Beth; stepsister, Amanda Orta and husband Lupe; and special family members, Melissa and Beau Maddox; nieces and nephews, Kaitlyn, Shane, and Blane Simmons, Xander and Archer Guyan; along with a host of other family and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Friday, April 10, 2026, at Faith Community Baptist Church - Maud, TX with Beau Maddox officiating.
