Carl Gene Thomason, 66, of Texarkana, Arkansas, passed away peacefully at his home on February 25, 2025.

He was born on May 22, 1958, in Texarkana, Arkansas, to Carl and Shirley Thomason of Fouke, Arkansas. He was a lifelong resident of Texarkana, Arkansas, an ordained minister, and the proud owner of CT's Appliances, where he dedicated himself to serving his community.

Carl was a kind and soft-spoken man with a heart of gold. He dedicated his life to helping others, always going above and beyond for anyone in need. A man of many talents, he had a deep passion for gardening and took great joy in watching things grow. His love for flowers and plants could be seen everywhere he went. He also had a knack for collecting and restoring items, finding great joy in giving new life to things others discarded.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Shirley Thomason, and his sister, Benita Rouw.

Graveside services will be held at Corinth Church of Christ Cemetery on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., with Rev. Oscar Rodriguez officiating. Family and friends are invited to a visitation one hour before the service.

Carl will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. His kindness, generosity, and love for life will live on in the hearts of those he touched.
