Carl August Fischer peacefully passed away in Fort Worth, TX at the age of 82 on Wednesday, February 19, 2025.

Carl was born in Corpus Christi, TX on February 5, 1943, to Carl and Erna Fischer.

Carl retired from many years of refinery work and spent his retired years living in Texarkana, TX with hobbies of wood-working, fishing, gardening and time with his dog.

Carl was preceded in death by his loving wife of 41 years, Lois L. Fischer (2003) and is now at eternal peace with her.

Carl leaves behind daughters, Cindy Cowan (Eric Cowan) and Katharine Perez (Moises Perez III); grandchildren, Cody Cowan (Amanda Cowan) and Kaylynn Cowan; and great-grandchildren, Brayden, Bridger and Brooklyn Cowan.

Carl Fischer was a loving husband and father and will be missed by all his friends and family. A private family celebration of life will be forthcoming.
