Amy Francine Malone, age 51, of Texarkana, Texas, went to be with her Heavenly Father on Thursday, May 21, 2026. Amy was born July 23, 1974, into a loving family and remained deeply rooted in that love throughout her life.

A faithful member of Hampton Church of Christ, Amy lived her life grounded in faith. Her kindness, gentle spirit, and unwavering love for others reflected that faith daily.

"See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are." — 1 John 3:1

Amy dedicated her life to caring for and teaching children. From a young age, she began helping her mother and grandmother teach Sunday School, and that passion for nurturing young hearts continued throughout her life. For 26 years, she faithfully served as a special education educator within Pleasant Grove ISD, where she made a lasting impact on countless students. Amy had a remarkable gift—she met each child exactly where they were, offering patience, understanding, and unconditional care.

Outside of her work, Amy was a devoted sports fan. She loved football, soccer, and baseball, especially when cheering on players she knew personally. Her enthusiasm and loyalty made every game more meaningful.

Holidays held a special place in Amy's heart. She treasured the wonder of Christmas, the traditions of Thanksgiving, and any gathering that brought family together. To Amy, these moments were not just celebrations-- they were opportunities to love deeply and create lasting memories.

She is survived by her devoted parents, Donnie and Gale Malone of Texarkana, Texas; her brother, Wade Malone and wife Lori; and her nephew, Aaron Malone, all of Texarkana. She also leaves behind a large and loving extended family, including her uncle and aunt, Mack and Joey Lawrence, along with many cousins who will forever cherish her memory.

Amy shared a special bond with her younger cousins—Anna Blair, Whitt, Hayes Lawrence, and Travler Couch—who brought her so much joy and whom she loved dearly.

She was preceded in death by her beloved brother, Donald Kirk Malone; her grandparents, William Henry and Francine Huckabee, and H.M. and Pearl Malone; and her aunts and uncles, LeRoy and Becky Reese, and Bill and Nelda Huckabee.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at Hampton Church of Christ. Visitation will follow the service. The family will gather at 37 Holly Ridge Drive, Texarkana, Texas.

Though life without Amy will feel less bright, the love she gave and the memories she created will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
